Stow’s Green Advisory Committee is sponsoring article 61 at Town Meeting for the adoption of the state’s new Specialized Energy Code. Stow has several housing developments being proposed in the coming years and the Specialized Energy Code would help to make sure these homes are affordable, energy efficient, have low environmental impact, and provide a healthy and comfortable living space.
There will be a virtual public forum on Thursday, April 27th, at 7pm on the Specialized Energy Code with representatives from the state’s Green Communities division and the Green Advisory Committee. The Zoom link to join the meeting is.
